We will be launching upgrades in our dental benefits administration system, beginning at 3 p.m. Central on Wednesday, July 27, through 5 p.m. Central on Saturday, July 30. During this time, “read only” access will be available in our Member Portal. Information already in our system will be accurate as of 3 p.m. Central on July 27. From 5 p.m. Central on Saturday, July 30, until 7 a.m. Central on Tuesday, August 2, our website will be unavailable during the final deployment period. Our Customer Service team may be periodically unavailable on Monday, August 1. All will be available again at 7 a.m. Central on August 2. As part of our commitment to continually enhance service for our members, Delta Dental wants to know more about your dental care experiences. On February 9, 2021, Delta Dental of Missouri began participating in the Dental Plan Survey—Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Survey—also known as CAHPS. The Dental Plan Survey is used in the healthcare industry and by the national Delta Dental system to evaluate patient satisfaction and may reveal valuable patient insights.
