How do I gain online access to the employer portal?
DeltaVision will set up a benefits manager account to be controlled by one person within your organization. Please contact your group account representative at GAService@deltadentalmo.com for a username and password.

Are member Social Security numbers used on the ID cards?
At Delta Dental, we are committed to safeguarding our members' information. Social Security numbers are kept in members’ secured files only and are not displayed on identification cards. Each DeltaVision benefit plan group is given a unique group number, and the subscriber will receive an ID cards showing the subscriber’s ID number.
Are out-of-network benefits offered with DeltaVision® plans?
Yes, but out-of-network benefits are generally reimbursed at a lower rate than in-network benefits with DeltaVision. Members will also need to pay in advance and then submit a DeltaVision Member Reimbursement Claim Form for payment after visiting an out-of-network provider.
How will claims be paid for out-of-network visits?
Out-of-network providers require members to pay for their services. Members will need to submit a Member Reimbursement Claim Form with a copy of the original receipt to:
