IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON UPCOMING SYSTEM UPGRADES

Delta Dental of Missouri will soon launch upgrades in our dental benefits administration system, which are scheduled to go into effect on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. A letter with additional details was mailed to our participating dentists on Wednesday, July 6, and can be viewed here. PLEASE NOTE: From 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, until 7 a.m. Central on Tuesday, August 2, our Provider Portal, Customer Service team and Interactive Voice Response System / Benefit24 line at (800) 335-8266 will be temporarily unavailable as we make enhancements to better serve you.

VALUABLE FEEDBACK FROM MEMBERS

As part of our commitment to continually enhance service for our members and your patients, Delta Dental wants to know more about their dental care experiences. On February 9, 2021, Delta Dental of Missouri began participating in the Dental Plan Survey—Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Survey—also known as CAHPS. The standardized survey is used in the healthcare industry and by the national Delta Dental system to evaluate patient satisfaction and may reveal valuable patient insights for Delta Dental dentists.
